CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

                                   Cancellation Policy

IT-IMPACT.. believes in helping its customers as far as possible ways, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will not be considered for orders received after 18/02/2021, customers can only modify their orders before confirmation. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
  2. IT-IMPACT does not accept cancellation requests for pre-order items.
  3. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

                              Return/ Refund Policy

  1.  We accept return request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead  condition or product is defective.

   2.  if the seal of the product is opened  and the product is faulty then return or replacement of the product from service center. 

   3.  If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment                was   done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually            takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
